Osegueda Developments was established in 2013 with a focus on delivering structured, technically sound project management and design support services. The firm specializes in project coordination, spatial planning, 3D visualization, zoning compliance, and site feasibility analysis throughout Southcentral and Southwestern Ontario.

We serve municipal agencies, housing providers, private developers, non-profit organizations, and individual property owners. Our work bridges design intent with constructability, ensuring regulatory compliance, cost awareness, and disciplined execution.

Adam Osegueda holds an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology (Building Sciences) and an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Project Management . He is a Certified Technician (C.Tech.) with the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT).

Adam has served as Principal of Osegueda Developments for over 13 years, bringing more than a decade of hands-on experience in construction and project delivery. His professional background spans project conception, design development, preparation of construction documents, tendering, contract administration, and full-cycle project management.

Throughout his career, Adam has acted as a Construction Site Supervisor, Design Consultant, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and Technical Advisor on a wide range of building types, including low-rise residential, high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

His areas of expertise include:

• Building envelope investigation and rehabilitation
• Interior and exterior alterations
• Technical assessments and condition analysis
• Construction coordination and contract administration
• Project planning and cost control

Adam is known for his practical, solutions-oriented approach and his ability to bridge technical design with constructability and field execution. His work emphasizes durability, lifecycle performance, and disciplined project governance.
